1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming event, casino game, sports outcome, or other wagering opportunity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other promotional offer extended by bet24 to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means the total amount of money held in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Jurisdiction" refers to the Republic of the Philippines and any other territories where bet24 is authorized to operate.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" collectively refers to the bet24 website (https://bet24.cam), mobile applications, and any related services or interfaces.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

bet24 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel bets at its sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein or has otherwise violated this Agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the gaming services on the Platform, you must register for an Account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and valid government-issued identification. You agree that all information provided is accurate and that you will promptly update your Account information if any changes occur.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, or device are strictly prohibited. bet24 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate Accounts. Deposits made into duplicate Accounts may be returned at our discretion, minus any processing fees.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party and to immediately notify bet24 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. bet24 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain Account security or from any unauthorized use of your Account, except where such unauthorized use results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3.4 Identity Verification

bet24 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within thirty (30) days may result in Account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied pending successful identity verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their Accounts using the payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online banking, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and fund confiscation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. bet24 does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal amount specified on the Platform.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• bet24 reserves the right to verify Account identity and transaction history before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and typically range from 2 to 48 hours after approval.

bet24 may impose withdrawal limits based on Account status, VIP tier, or regulatory requirements. Users will be notified of any applicable limits upon requesting a withdrawal. bet24 does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers or intermediary banks may deduct their own processing fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine AML regulations and international best practices, bet24 implements strict anti-money laundering controls. Users must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to large or frequent deposits and withdrawals without corresponding betting activity, may be flagged for review and reported to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.). Game-specific rules are available on the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or voided except in cases where bet24 determines that an error occurred due to technical malfunction, human error, or manifest mistake. All bets must be placed before the relevant event or game commences. Late bets or bets placed after an outcome is known are void.

5.2 Maximum Winnings and Limits

bet24 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on specific bet types, events, or games. Maximum winning limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by sport, league, or game category. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits subject to approval. bet24 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Voided Bets and Settlement Errors

bet24 reserves the right to void any bet if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• The bet was placed using insider information or in breach of competition rules.
• Odds or results were posted incorrectly due to technical or human error.
• The event was subject to manipulation or match-fixing.
• The User engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unfair betting practices.
• The bet violated any provision of this Agreement or game-specific rules.

In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account. If winnings have already been paid, bet24 reserves the right to recover those winnings by debiting the User's Account or pursuing legal remedies.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms or accounts.
• Participating in bonus abuse schemes or other fraudulent activities.
• Placing bets on events in which the User has insider knowledge or material influence.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, bet voidance, confiscation of winnings, and legal action.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bet24 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only and may be restricted based on jurisdiction, Account status, or previous bonus participation.
• Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and Account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Age Restriction

The Platform is intended for Users who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. bet24 employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. If we become aware that a User is under the legal age, we will immediately close the Account and return any deposited funds (minus any winnings).

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User will be unable to access their Account or place bets.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of bet24 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content or software obtained from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. bet24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bet24, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall bet24's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose.

9.3 Force Majeure

bet24 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bet24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents.
• Breach of payment obligations or chargeback disputes.
• Engaging in prohibited betting practices.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. bet24 will settle any outstanding balances in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including but not limited to unpaid fees or liabilities for breaches of this Agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact bet24's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Complaints and disputes may be escalated to our internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request.

12. Amendments to Terms

bet24 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage Users to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bet24 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
